Director of Project Management
They say you can take the girl out of the country but you can't take the country out of the girl. As a kid growing up on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Caroline's urban experience was limited to the annual trips to the "big" city to get new clothes for each school year. During those annual trips to the city as a child Caroline's wide eyes scrambled to absorb the stark contrasts between the natural beauty of the county and the magnificence of the built environment. The physical experience of moving between these environments was the catalyst to Caroline's appreciation for design and understanding how ones surroundings can impact one's quality of life. Caroline continued studying design beyond her bachelor's degree and eventually became a lecturer herself in the School of Human Ecology at UW-Madison. Since attending college she has been working in the interior design field reshaping the environments around her one by one. As for that country thing, she just hasn't shaken that yet! In her free time, Caroline still puts in hours of hard work on the family farm feeding calves and driving tractors. Don't be fooled. Hiding behind Caroline's quiet demeanor is a fierce competitor. Caroline completed the Ironman triathlon in 2009!
